You must have a love and/or appreciation for the chick lit genre -- a writer, a reader or simply a fan.
You need to be a member of the Romance Writers of America National Organization. To join, please go to: http://www.rwanational.com/join.htm
You will need to pay $25 per year for membership.
You will need to complete the following application form and submit with your method of payment. Current members must renew by April 24, 2007.
